I noticed the other day that something was missing off of Kaliste Saloom. Something that was there for a long time, but now isn’t. Acadiana Bottling’s old buildings are missing, or at least some of them. One of the buildings, the brick one, is still standing and is now occupied by U-HAUL. There is a sign out front that a self storage is coming soon. Although, I am not sure if that is for the remaining building standing, or if they plan to build a new storage facility across the street. I am glad to see that they didn’t just leave the old buildings abandoned.
