A new, maintenance-free gated townhouse community is underway at 110 Ole Colony Rd. behind National Discount Tire on Ambassador.
The new residential community will feature a private park with pond and water fountain, walking trail, mature trees, a gazebo and park benches.
According to Trulia.com, each townhouse will include a rear covered patio and fenced backyard. Interiors will include wood vinyl and ceramic flooring, granite countertops, energy efficient stainless appliances, sound walls, modern fixtures and designer colors.
It appears, according to Trulia.com, that the development is no longer being sold. However, unless they’ve filled all of the homes with tenants, they will become for sale soon.
