There are a couple of new residential subdivisions coming up on West Broussard Road. One of the subdivisions is ran by River Ranch Realty and is called Beau Savanne. Not far from here is another subdivision, but I do not have a name of it right now. However, I can tell you that I am not surprised that there are more residential developments coming up here in Lafayette. With all of the growth that we’ve seen, they will only keep popping up.
