New office building construction, located at 1009 Camellia Blvd near River Ranch, belongs to the local Stoma family. The project is estimated to cost $550,000, according to permits.
In the recent past, the Stoma family constructed the existing buildings on the adjacent property, which also serve as office space.
The design of the buildings is shotgun style with two levels.
