A new business, called Downtown WORKshop, located at 204 Polk Street in Downtown Lafayette, has recently opened up for use as training space, workshops, team meetings, and retreats.
The state-of-the-art 2,300 SF space is equipped with 20 configurable seminar tables and 40 comfortable leather chairs with plenty of space to add additional furniture to accommodate expanded needs.
A large, 70” Vizio HD TV on a rolling stand comes with the rent, which also includes Apple TV and screencast for presentations. There is also a 72” double-sided whiteboard on wheels, LUS Fiber WIFI, and 20 charging outlets for personal devices.
Being centrally located in Downtown Lafayette, the Downtown WORKshop is within walking distance to great local restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.
Space can be rented for $250 a half-day or $450 for a full day with non-profit discounts available.
