A new electric bicycle rental company, called Budbike, is ready to offer sightseers, tourist, and locals a fun way to see Lafayette.
I have a feeling that this new electric bike company will be busy for Festivals, especially in the Downtown area of Lafayette.
Budbike’s electric bicycles are capable of achieving a distance of about 30 miles(unassisted) on a single charge. You have the choice to pedal with assistance for a relaxing ride or to not pedal at all. Just know that you can go the distance if you pedal just a bit. As for speed, these EBikes can reach breakneck speeds of 25 MPH, but Budbike has throttled them down to 15 MPH for a more scenic cruising experience.
