A new CC’s Coffee anchored retail center is in the works for the corner of Johnston & Camino Real Road near E. Broussard Road.
The entire building is about 7k sq. ft. with a portion of that taken for CC’s Coffee, which will also have a drive-thru.
The amount of traffic & growth in this area of town is increasing with many new businesses and residents to frequent these businesses.
