A new locally-owned restaurant, called Casian, is bringing a fusion of locally inspired Cajun and Asian flavors to Lafayette. The owners have a deep, reach history in Acadiana by being involved in the restaurant and the seafood industry.
The new concept will open soon in a 1,285-square-foot space at 4409 Ambassador Suite 700, formerly Yobe Yogurt—next door to McAlister’s.
Sorry, we would have loved to have provided social media information to Casian for you guys to follow, but nothing is publicly available.
The restaurant will offer seafood platters and traditional poboys but also Vietnamese dishes such as pho soup, lo mein, and Vietnamese poboys. The food will feature Cajun and Asian seasoning, Cao said, and her father will help in the kitchen. — The Advocate.
