There is a new Hindu temple under construction off of Johnston Street for which we are sure you don’t know existed, until now. It is pretty hidden in the sense that you aren’t able to see it driving down a major city artery, i.e Johnston Street. We are sharing this with you guys because well, we think it is cool. Lafayette is so full of diverse cultures, ethnicities, and religions; which is what makes Lafayette such a great city.
The new, 3,000 square -foot Hindu temple is called, Sanatan Hindu Sanskar Kendra, and it is located at 110 Hapsburg Ln.
The completion date for the temple is planned for early 2019.
