The project is the result of a local collaboration between Paul Tylock with eXp Realty, Jesse Regan with Preferred Lending, Kaycee Cutts Interior Design, and Trahan Architecture. Together, they set out to build something that didn’t force people to settle but instead raised the standard for housing in the area.
Each two-story townhome features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and around 1,770 square feet of finished living space. Interior highlights include Energy Star construction, dual A/C systems for improved air quality, custom cabinetry, oversized kitchen islands, and 8-foot garage doors that accommodate larger vehicles. Out back, every unit includes a fenced 20×25 ft backyard with a covered patio—perfect for relaxing outdoors or letting the dog roam.
