Louisiana Crawfish Time at 2019 Verot School Road is adding on to their existing restaurant.
The addition will include 34 extra seats, plus the waiting area is being enclosed and roll-up glass doors are being installed for those good weather days.
Louisiana Crawfish Time got started back in 1995, while the owner was still in his senior year at USL, before it was ULL.
The additions to the restaurant will be open and ready for the 2018 mudbug season.
