If you have ever exited off I-10 on to Louisiana Avenue you may have wondered; why isn’t there a gas station here? Well, you may be in luck. A new permit has surfaced for a Race Trac fueling station near the Stirling Lafayette shopping center. For the past few weeks we have been trying to figure out where it would go. I still don’t know for sure, but I have a possible answer. Located behind the Target is an empty spot that the Stirling Properties website shows available. There is also the lot across from the shopping center that I am sure will be the location for it. Either way, a fueling station will be great here, plus it only means more to come for this booming spot.
