The highly anticipated opening of the Jambalaya Shoppe happens this Saturday at 4150 W Congress. This is the old Krystal Burger, in case you’re wondering. They have completely remodeled the building, so it’s not like going to an old Krystal either. A friend of ours, Mike S., visited the Jambalaya Shoppe tonight and was able to get opening info & some good inside photos.
