A new ramen bar, called Izumi Ramen, is coming soon to the former Hot Dawg Stop At 2201 Kaliste Saloom Road.
Izumi Ramen will be a locally owned & operated restaurant that is being brought to us by the same guys who introduced Lafayette to Poké with Poké Geaux.
The menu will showcase authentic Japanese Ramen bowls and hibachi with lots of options, and spice levels. Izumi will even host spice challenges for those brave souls wishing to destroy their mouths and nether regions.
Inside of Izumi Ramen, you can expect to see cool artwork, a full bar with TVs for those who want to watch that game, and live music or DJ from time to time.
A tentative opening date has been set for the end of the year, which is close! Late December.
