The Hangar, Jet Coffee Roasters’ newest coffee venture is officially open at 101 Camino Real Road in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Named after a literal airplane hangar, The Hangar features two roasting machines, a 2k for small batches and a 30k for wholesale production. Also featured is a small coffee bar with an espresso machine, lots of coffee origin art like the coffee belt and wheel, and many warm wood finishings for a truly immersive coffee experience. And to put a nice little bow on top, the space features large sliding glass doors that resemble actual airplane hangar doors.

Funny story, Jet Coffee’s founder John Tommasini did not even realize that the doors he had chosen for the space had any resemblance to airplane hangar doors until I showed him a little Google image search of it.
The Hangar also delivers premium lattes, coffee flights, iced drinks, and amazing avocado toast featuring locally sourced bread from Straw Cove and macarons from Fancy’s French Macarons.
