A new office park, called Iberville Grove, is under construction at 204 Rue Iberville & South College Road. The project, being brought to life by Manuel Builders, will feature three units with one of the units serving as Manuel Builders’ new home office & design studio.

For Manuel Builders, a 55+ year community business, this project will bring together their team from two separate Lafayette market offices and will offer an expanded design studio from which their homeowners can make all material selections in a stunning environment.
There are currently two open pad sites located within the future Iberville Grove development that are available for purchase and design-build through Manuel Builders’ new sister company, Manuel Commercial.
