HotWorx, a 24-hour infrared fitness studio, is coming soon to 530 Settlers Trace, Suite B, in the River Ranch area. This will be the third Hotworx studio in Lafayette Parish. Other locations for HotWorx include Youngsville, LA and Arnould Blvd in Lafayette’s midcity area.

This new HotWorx studio is located in the same center as the soon-to-open Fish Box, next door to the new The Waters at Settlers Trace apartment complex behind Whole Foods.
HotWorx is known for its patented infrared workout concept, where members exercise inside small, heated sauna-style rooms. Sessions are designed to maximize calorie burn and muscle recovery with less workout time, and options range from yoga and Pilates to cycling and HIIT. The 24-hour access allows members to fit workouts into their schedule at any time of day.
The River Ranch location will feature multiple infrared workout saunas, along with amenities designed for convenience and efficiency. As with other HotWorx studios, members can book sessions through the HotWorx app and take advantage of a virtual instructor-led experience.
Memberships are available now with pre-opening specials for those who join early. Interested residents can sign up for the exclusive VIP list to receive updates and promotions ahead of the opening.
