A new concept, called Chopsticks, will be opening inside of the former Rodizio Grill at 4243 Ambassador Caffery in the Ambassador Crossing shopping center.
Chopsticks is a brand new local business that will serve fresh—high-quality—Farm-To-Wok Asian cuisine in an atmosphere that is inviting and date-night approved.
The owners of the new local restaurant brought in a well-respected chef who trained in China to craft Chopsticks’ menu. A traditional Chinese method of cooking will be available for diners with what is called Hot Pot stations. These stations deliver a self-cook style experience in which a centralized hot pot is used to cook your proteins, vegetables, and other raw items to your liking. The new restaurant will also feature classic American-Chinese dishes that we have all come to love so much.
The former Rodizio bar area will be expanded to offer a more vibrant cocktail lounge environment and the kitchen will be redesigned so guests are able to watch as food is prepped with traditional Chinese wok methods.
Construction is set to start soon with an estimated completion set for the end of November.
