The former Dark Roux, located at 3524 Kaliste Saloom, will soon open up as Stacy’s Cocktails, Bites & Catering.
Stacy specializes in catering, but will offer unique small plates, like beef tenderloin medallions, and specialty cocktails inside of the new location.
She hopes to be open in April or May.
