The Enclave Residential Development was started a couple of years ago, but since I failed at sharing it, I have some info for ya now. Enclave Townhomes are located at 2906 W Pinhook Road and they’re super modern & high-end. They’re currently in Phase 2 of the Development which includes 8 townhouses in the works. They currently have 16 units that have already sold and are occupied. Once the entire development is complete it will be comprised of about 90 townhomes and a few commercial & mixed-use buildings that create your traditional urban community like from towns of the past. In the center, parks & plazas help to create a more focused community. You can expect to pay about $1250 per month for one of these high-end homes. For more info, check them out on facebook.
