D.R. Horton, a name that many have heard of throughout Southern Louisiana is expanding their Louisiana offices with a new 4,400 SF building.
The new office expansion will be located next door to their current offices at 1102 Foreman Drive in Lafayette, LA. This expansion will serve is the new office for D. R. Horton’s mortgage & title operations. Both office locations will be utilized to the fullest.
Construction should start soon and is set to be completed in the latter portion of 2019.

D.R. Horton is constructing a brand new office building to serve customers and employees due to large growth over recent years. The 4400 square foot office will be equipped with multiple offices for DHI Mortgage and DHI Title, 2 conference rooms for closings, and a state of the art sales training room that can seat 40+ people. D.R. Horton will continue to operate out of its’ current office location next door as well. Both of these locations serve the Louisiana West Division, which controls all business in Lafayette and Lake Charles. The project is expected to be completed in late 2019.
