A new hot dogs & bbq franchise, called Crave, is coming soon to Sugarcrest shopping center at 219 Saint Nazaire Road in Broussard, LA.
The growing Long Island-based franchise is best known for their namesake, hot dogs & BBQ, but also feature other menu items as well as adult beverage options.
The family-friendly restaurant will feature hot dogs & BBQ, of course, with over 20 different topping options for your dogs, brats, and sausages. Not feeling hot doggy? Cuddle up to a hearty pulled pork sandwich, Mac N’ Brisket sandwich, or one of their skillet plates. They also serve a large pretzel and even tacos amongst many other items. And to wash all of that down are your normal soda options, but for the adults, they will feature a self-pour beer & wine wall.
Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ will also feature entertainment & games like corn hole, giant connect four, and a variety of board games for the kids. Large TVs will be mounted throughout the restaurant for sports viewing and more. According to their website, Crave will also host events like Tap Takeovers, princess parties, and trivia nights.
We scoped out Sugarcrest Shopping Center in Broussard last week to see which available unit Crave would be moving into. There seems to be only one unit that is suitable for the franchise and it is located on the end opposite of Great American Cookie. The space was formerly a smoothie shop and it does have a drive-thru, which makes it the best spot in our opinion.
Tentative opening date for Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ is set for Summer of this year, 2021.
