Lots of our followers have been requesting information about the construction here in hopes of new restaurants & shopping. While it isn’t any of those things, it is probably something that will be used and most likely fully rented out shortly after opening.
When The Reserve at River Place first started construction, the master plan included commercial lots in front with renderings and some preliminary plans for what the developers envisioned for the project. However, due to the frontage property being for sale independently from the complex, it left the control of the property to anyone who so desired to acquire & develop it.
So, who do we blame for the rise of storage facilities? YOU! You guys with all of your stuff. Mais la!
As for tentative project completion, we will make an uneducated guess and say that it will be ready by the Fall of this year.
