In 2015, we posted about the construction on Camellia Boulevard behind Parc Lafayette— a new apartment community, called Camellia Gardens.
We recently stopped at the Camellia Gardens construction site to get some updated photos. The site has a fair amount of work going on including new slabs, roads, and framing of the first building.
According to a recent post from KATC, ASX Properties is naming the apartments ‘Parc Gardens’. The post also stated that it would be a savvy 55+ community with the first set of units finished by Summer 2018. Starting price for a 1 Bed unit would be $968 per month. Note, this is not going to be a need-based living community.
As for the name, I am still calling it Camellia Gardens ✊?. The apartment complex will consist of about 240 units, a pool, clubhouse, and all that jazz.
Remember Parc Tower? I believe that project was taken out back behind the barn ??♂️.
