Calvary Creek, a newly opened wedding and event venue, is now open for bookings and public concerts at 217 Garber Road in Broussard, LA.
Located just down the road from Lafayette and Youngsville, the venue sits on a hill overlooking a pond with lots of natural wooded scenery.
Designed for weddings, showers, banquets, galas, and more, Calvary Creek features a large covered rustic-style pavilion with warm lighting and lots of greenery. The space hosts live weekly outdoor concerts along with hosting many other events.
The setting combines natural rustic charm with subtle touches of elegance. The pond toward the back of the property features a fountain that creates a relaxing backdrop, and warm ambient lighting highlights the trees, pathways, and wooded edges throughout. Natural wood fire pits are places at the entrance, providing a warm vibe for guests coming to the events.
Fun little tidbit: there’s even a small gator in the pond! Now, if that’s isn’t a Louisiana-esque vibe, then I don’t know what to tell you.
Future plans for Calvary Creek are to grow both its landscape and its features. Newly planted trees will mature into full-shade coverage in the coming seasons, and future additions include trellis, private fire pit seating areas, and other enhancements designed to make the space feel even more like a tucked-away retreat.
