The new all-you-can-eat and drink sushi and Korean BBQ restaurant, Bushido, is now officially open at 5741 Johnston Street in Lafayette, Louisiana. It is located in the former Mr. C’s space.
There is a week-long Grand Opening set for Monday, June 17th – Saturday, June 22nd, and it will feature live music as well as a prize vending machine where there is a 100% chance of winning.
Bar
Bushido’s diverse menu includes a variety of appetizers such as Kimchi, Takoyaki, Edamame, and Hura Maki. Sushi and sashimi options like Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, and Yellowtail cater to sushi enthusiasts. At the same time, the rolls menu offers traditional favorites and chef’s special rolls, including the Dragon Can’t Fly Roll and Rainbow Roll.
The menu also features poke bowls, ramen soups, and hibachi dishes with Chicken, Shrimp, and Steak served with rice and vegetables. Additionally, you can find Japanese Fried Rice, Korean BBQ, and noodle dishes, with dessert options including ice cream flavors like Red Bean, Green Tea, Strawberry, and Vanilla.
Sushi Bar
Bushido’s value-driven, All-You-Can-Eat dining experience features lunch priced at $18.99 and dinner at $29.99, including a soft drink. An all-you-can-drink alcohol option is available for $9.99 for guests 21 and older.
Lunch hours are from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with all-day dinner pricing on weekends.
