Acadiana’s premier boudoir photography studio, A.Dannette Photography, has expanded from a home-based studio into a new commercial studio at 850 Kaliste Saloom Road, Suite 110, in Lafayette, LA.

Owned and operated by the talented April Courville, A.Dannette Photography specializes in boudoir photography where she combines fine art, sensuality, and female empowerment into photographs that the subject can keep privately or share with a partner. Remember those late 80s early 90s versions of “sexy photos”? Well these are not the those! These are much deeper & sensual.
Multiple studio spaces
The new space is 1,000 square feet and features a welcoming lobby and a dedicated viewing room. Additionally, the new space features private photo rooms, each curated with distinct styling, decor, and props to help guests bring their boudoir visions to life. With the move to a commercial setting, A.Dannette Photography continues to prioritize providing a safe, comfortable, and discrete experience for all clients.
“The suite is still discrete but easy to find,” said Courville.
Lobby & Viewing Room
April has been specializing in boudoir photography since 2011 and launched A.Dannette Photography full-time back in 2018. What began in a small shared studio space with one makeup artist and about four photoshoots per month has grown steadily. Today, A.Dannette Photography consists of four local women, producing an average of 10 photoshoots per month for clients from across the state.
“We have clients willing to travel four hours to work with us,” said Courville. “It’s truly unbelievable. I am so grateful.”
