Bistrology, a Latin-owned brunch and coffee restaurant, is coming soon to 2810 Chemin Metairie in Youngsville, inside the former Cajun Market Meats building.
The space is being renovated to match the brand’s signature jungle-inspired interior and will include a new enclosed patio.

Originally based in Miramar Beach, Florida, Bistrology offers a Latin-fusion menu with a focus on brunch and specialty coffee. The Youngsville restaurant will be their fourth location and the second in Louisiana behind Lafayette’s recently announced location.

The menu includes classic breakfast and brunch items like pancakes, waffles, French toast, scrambles, and omelets, along with Latin dishes such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and stuffed croissants. Drinks range from espresso-based coffees and specialty lattes to smoothies, fresh juices, and Latin sodas. Coffee beans are also available for retail purchase.
Most entrée prices fall between $12 and $20, with some of the specialty drinks reaching up to $15.
Many Youngsville residents have been asking about the activity at this location, so we fully expect that this new concept will be a welcomed addition to the city.

Tentative completion dates for both Lafayette & Youngsville haven’t been explicitly announced. However, construction is moving forward quickly. We estimate that both could be open by mid Fall of this year.
