Located right off of Bertrand Drive and Ella Street is a townhome subdivision called Bertrand Villa, according to permits. I was recently notified about this area, but I also saw the fresh partially built townhomes during my daily commute to the 9to5, actually 8to5, but whatevs. The new Bertrand Villa subdivision appears to have about 15 or so new townhouse. If you’re familiar with Cafe Habana on Bertrand, then just behind that business are the new townhomes. Pretty neat, huh? I wish I knew more, but that’s how we roll.
