Bed Bath & Beyond at 3617Ambassador is about to move forward with a remodel of their current store to gain additional square footage.
It is about $900k worth of a remodel and the plans suggest that the additional space will be acquired from a neighboring vacant unit. It is tough to know from the submitted plans, but it appears that the kitchen portion of the store will be expanded upon. However, this would give BB&B a chance to rearrange their layout, so things may change there, too. Also, looking at the remodel plans, you can see the traffic paths are changing just a bit.
