The new 4,500-square-foot location will offer a full Bayou Teche experience — on-site beer production, Cajun Saucer’s wood-fired pizzas, and their signature tiki cocktails. Founded in 2009, Bayou Teche Brewing set out to craft beers that complement the cuisine and culture of South Louisiana. Since then, they’ve grown into a destination with artisan beers, premium tiki drinks, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and the “Area 31” arcade filled with vintage and indie games.
Bayou Teche will also provide in-room dining to hotel guests, serve as the preferred food and beverage vendor for private events, and operate a seasonal outdoor bar for the hotel’s resort-style pool.
“We really want to connect visitors with the vibrancy of the local culture and downtown Lafayette,” said Joseph Thrash, partner with The Thrash Group. “This partnership gives our guests a chance to jump right into the Acadiana experience. We’re thrilled to work with Bayou Teche.”

“Bayou Teche Brewing is excited to be a part of this fabulous project!,” said Stephanie Knott, co-owner of Bayou Teche Brewing. “We’ll be working with our great Bayou Teche Brewing Downtown team to create a new twist on our offerings of wood fired pizzas, tasty tidbits, Tiki cocktails, and of course our Bayou Teche Brewing beers. We can’t wait for the opportunity to be a part of the Downtown Lafayette community and serve customers there as well as at our Arnaudville location.”
