Andrus & Andrus Law is building a new office building soon on 1227 Camellia Blvd. The building should have started back in the Spring of 2014 according to the property signage, but things happen. However, the permit is now out and construction here should start really soon and hey, maybe it’ll be done for Spring 2015. The signage also states that it has up to 2500 sq ft of leasable space available, any takers?
