Acadiana Grilled Cheese is now open. They are located on the corner of South Pierce & W 2nd Street in the UpTown Lofts across from Black Cafe. Acadiana Grilled Cheese started as a food truck, but quickly saw the potential for a brick & mortar location. They have been doing a silent opening, but are now ready to test their crew with the masses. Their hours are from 11am – 9pm Monday through Saturday. We visited Acadiana Grilled Cheese Monday and let me tell you, we loved it. It is exactly what we expected from the food and service and more. Also, it is worth mentioning that their menu isn’t set in stone. So, if you see something in the menu that I am posting just don’t get upset if it is not their tomorrow. All I can say is get it while the gettin’ is good.
