Acadiana Grilled Cheese Co. first announced it’s unveiling in Lafayette as a Food Truck around January of 2013. After having a very well perceived concept and taste Dustin started working on plans of opening up a restaurant. A restaurant that would embody his passion that went into the food truck. His new restaurant will be located in the downtown area of Lafayette at 519 S Pierce St. If you know of the newly built Uptown Lofts on Congress then you already know what it will be. The bottom portion of the Lofts are all commercial spots and Acadiana Grilled Cheese will be located right there across from Black Cafe.
Some of Acadiana Grilled Cheese‘s most popular creations include but are not limited to The Boudin Wrangler, Truffled Mac, Electric Turkey & The good Ol’ Basic Grilled Cheese. If you are lucky Dustin would work his magic and whip up something completely unique and have you saying “MMmm” for sure.
