A new crêperie is coming into town called La Crêperie Bistro. It is a new bistro centering around the french crepe and is located at 1921 Kaliste Saloom Rd Suite 116. La Crêperie Bistro is the result of a passion for travel and a dream to share these international recipes & flavors with the Lafayette community. The concept is based on a fusion of the classical french sweet & savory crepes and cider. La Crêperie will plans to introduce flavors from all around the world from which crepes are enjoyed. Some of these places are Spain, UK, and the US among others. The crepes can be paired with a wide selection of red & white wines, which results in the best of each cuisine, tailored to our Louisianan pallets. If you’re not in the mood for crepes, don’t worry, they have panini’s, soups, salads, and even Italian gelato, WHAT! If you’re not a wine drinker, then you can also dive into their selection of imported & local craft beers. La Crêperie is set to open their doors in the 3rd week of October.
