A new small shopping strip shell has gone up at 105 Louisiana Avenue at the Thruway. I did some quick searching and haven’t found any tenant info for this building, yet. What I do know is that that it is small, like maybe two businesses max. Either way, for those that may have been wondering about it, here you go.
