There is new construction by Magellan Construction that just started this week at 3814 Ambassador Caffery. The new construction is going to be an addition to the existing Caffery Plaza, which is currently occupied by Skyzone, UFC gym, The Cut House and a few others. The addition will be in front apart from the existing buildings and only consist of about 3 tenants. One of the tenants that will occupy this new space is Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches. This will be the 2nd Jimmy Johns location in Lafayette with the other located in the Winnwood shopping center on Johnston Street.
