I tried Bread & Circus today and at first I was a little unsure about it, but If you are anything like me, you should start with the Jucy Lucy burger first. This burger is very juicy and filled with a deep orange love, Vermont cheddar cheese. Yup, it’s stuffed with cheese, done. Oh sure, it being grass fed, ground fresh in-house and fitted nicely between a Poupart’s brioche bun is great, but cheese! It is also served with fresh made potato chips, which in my unprofessional opinion is a perfect pairing to complete the meal. The only draw back is that they serve Jucy Lucy on Thursday that’s it. Good thing B&C offers plenty of other interesting options for the hungry inspired to dig in to.
