Parish Brewing Co., a well-known local company in Lafayette Parish, will soon begin construction on a new 22,500-square-foot production facility expansion at its headquarters at 229 Jared Drive in Broussard, Louisiana.
The new facility will be constructed directly behind the company’s existing brewery and taproom. According to Parish Brewing, the expansion has always been part of founder and owner Andrew Godley’s vision for the company’s future growth.
“Over the last 16 years, we’ve built a strong brand and business by creating innovative, highly regarded beers. This expansion allows us to carry that same approach forward for the next couple of decades,” said Andrew Godley founder of Parish Brewing Co.

Once completed, the new facility for Parish Brewing will feature a state-of-the-art brewhouse, fermentation area, warehouse space, loading docks, laboratory, and employee offices. Having both facilities operating alongside each other, this expansion is expected to boost the brewery’s annual production capacity to 40,000 barrels—roughly double its current output—enabling continued distribution growth and expansion into new markets.
“What started as a 50-gallon nano brewery making just 20 kegs of Canebrake a week has grown into one of the most recognized craft breweries,” said Parish Brewing Co. on socials.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Broussard since 2012, Parish Brewing has grown into one of Louisiana’s most recognizable craft breweries. The company’s taproom opened in 2014 and has since become a popular destination for locals and visitors to the Acadiana region. The founder, Godley, remains the sole owner of the company.
“I’m incredibly proud that we’re able to invest in our future and grow right here at home,” said Godley.
