A new Tractor Supply is coming soon at 6806 Ambassador Caffery Parkway in Broussard, Louisiana. This will make it the 4th Tractor Supply location in Lafayette Parish. Fezzo’s of Broussard, a popular local restaurant, is located less than a mile away from the new store.
The new Broussard store will follow the same general layout and concept as several of the newer Tractor Supply locations built across the parish in recent years. In This includes the store in Scott, Carencro, and the most recently announced Tractor Supply currently under construction along Ridge Road in Lafayette.

Like the other Lafayette Parish stores, the Broussard location is expected to include Tractor Supply’s typical retail selection such as tools, hardware, livestock and pet supplies, outdoor equipment, and workwear. The store will also feature the brand’s recognizable outdoor garden center, which carries plants, soil, landscaping materials, and seasonal outdoor items.
Many of the newer Tractor Supply locations also include a self-service dog wash station, allowing customers to bring their pets in for convenient bathing using professional tubs, shampoo systems, and dryers provided on site.

Tractor Supply also features baby chicks and backyard chicken supplies during their spring Chick Days events. Additionally, many locations sell apparel, beekeeping equipment, cattle panels commonly used for DIY projects like garden trellises and greenhouse frames, and heavy-duty stock tanks.
The retailer primarily serves farmers, ranchers, and rural homeowners, but many customers closer to larger metro areas also shop Tractor Supply for tools, outdoor gear, pet products, and materials for home improvement or backyard projects.
The construction started about 2-3 weeks ago, shortly after the Ridge Road location. The tentatively completion date for many Tractor Supply stores often lands within a 6-8 month window. If we are guessing, we would say that by late summer or early fall is when it could open.
