The Gift Pod Boutique, a local shop offering unique gifts and accessories, is relocating to a new address at 1911 Chemin Metairie Parkway, Suite 4, Youngsville, LA.
Founded in 2011 by Sherry Diaz de Valle, The Gift Pod Boutique initially opened on the West Side of Youngsville before relocating to Lafayette Street in 2021. This new move marks an exciting opportunity for the boutique’s growth, as the new space offers more room and is situated in a new, high-traffic shopping center.
“The new space is bigger, and we can’t wait to have more foot traffic in the new shopping center,” said Diaz de Valle. “This move is an exciting opportunity for our growth.”

The Gift Pod Boutique offers various gifts and accessories for women, men, toddlers, babies, and newborns. Customers can find home accessories, candles, jewelry, religious items, collegiate items, seasonal products, and more. The boutique is well-known for its customer service, with a staff dedicated to making sure each shopper receives personalized care.
In addition to serving Youngsville, The Gift Pod Boutique continues to actively support the surrounding Acadiana community through networking, donations, and volunteer efforts.
As of March 1st, the store is closed during the move. The Gift Pod Boutique also offers an online shopping experience and encourages customers to shop there in the meantime.
The Gift Pod Boutique is set to open in its new space on Wednesday, March 5, after Mardi Gras.
