Mellow Mushroom is making good progress on their building and are expected to open in July. By the way, if you’re just starting to follow my postings, Mellow Mushroom is opening soon in Lafayette. They are located in front of the movie theater on Johnston Street. You can workers painting the building and loading in equipment. The color is a little bright, but as long as their sign is awesome I think I will be okay. I can’t wait for this, just sayin’.
