The park will feature a total of 48,500 square feet of office space and is located on a stretch of highway in Lafayette that is quickly becoming a thriving commercial corridor.
The business park will feature custom office buildings, for purchase or lease, along Camellia Boulevard. The development also features pond views in a setting of mature oaks.
Camellia Ponds has been designed by Ritter Maher Architects and is being developed by Diana Stephens. The project is being financed by Home Bank and is being constructed by Kent Design Build, Inc, one of the businesses that have already committed to the park and have begun construction on their own office building within the development.
Some of the other committed businesses include Advanced Endodontics of Lafayette, Integrated Physical Therapy & Pilates, an optometry clinic, and wealth management with available executive offices & suites.
The remaining lots can accommodate additional office suites/buildings ranging from 1,500-15,000 square feet.
The Camellia Ponds project also can expand to the adjoining 3 acres, which will include additional office space and/or retail and restaurant opportunities along Camellia Blvd. and on the ponds.
