Last year, we broke the news of a new multi bazillion dollar resort-style senior living center, called The Vincent.
The Vincent, located at 2201 Verot School Road, will offer area senior citizens a 20-acre, 255-unit facility; providing a sense of luxury with resort-style amenities. Some amenities include a stocked fishing lake, multiple landscaped courtyards with water features, walking trails, movie theaters, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, pharmacy and general store, beauty salons, libraries, fitness center and more. To read and see more, see the previous post.
It has been close to a year since they’ve broken ground and we are curious to see what it looks like right now. So we took a flight to give you a bird’s eye glimpse to The Vincent’s progress.
In the photos below, you can see that most—if not all—of the infrastructure is in place, cement has been poured, roads have been paved, ponds have been dug, and wood framing has begun. While it may not look like much, this portion of the project is the most important as it is the foundation of a well-built structure. And much like a senior citizens life, the foundation is the most important part leading up to the golden years. Speaking of golden, thankfully this senior living property is not called Shady Pines. If you don’t get the reference, Google it or YouTube it.
We expect the center to be nearly completed by 2021, weather permitting.
