The phase 2 progress of the Bend at Settlers Trace has made a ton of progress over the past few months at 500 Settlers Trace Blvd.
There is still a lot left to be completed, but the shell of the building is looking nice. In fact, you can now compare it to the renderings below to see how it will look once complete.
We do not have any tenant information yet, but once that becomes available we will share that with you. You could expect a boutique or two, and maybe a specialty store with some relation to the fitness industry—just a guess.
