A new multi-tenant shopping center is underway in front of the Cypress Gardens development at 1001 Savoy Road In Youngsville.
The signage showing the center’s design illustrates 7 possible tenant spaces with what looks to be a similarly designed facade from the adjacent center with the Blue Apache Restaurant.
Construction just started and with all of this great weather, it may take a while before it gets really going.
