A new development in Carencro, called Center Square shopping center, will soon begin dirt work at 3500 NE Evangeline Thruway, across from Prejean’s.
Center Square will be a multi-phase development with the first phase—set back on the property—to begin early 2019 and to be completed by September of 2019.
The center will also feature one of the areas largest—centrally located—covered outdoor seating areas. So on those nice Spring/Fall days, you may enjoy a treat or two.
The first confirmed tenant for Center Square will be the highly anticipated Great American Cookie Company which will also feature Marble Slab Ice Cream. They are tentatively aiming to be open by September of 2019 as well.
Nothing tickles my fancy like some cookies & ice cream! Better watch your carbs the week before they open. You’ve got to plan people!
