The former salon, Kelli & Co, located in the South College Center changed ownership, and their name late last year to Magnolia Salon & Parlour.
Magnolia has been undergoing renovations to suit the new owners taste, and feng shui. Multiple walls have been removed to open up the space, new shampoo bowls have been installed, new workspace countertops put in, and new flooring has been installed.
If you visit the salon today, as I did, there are still a few odd jobs to be completed, but it is a fully function salon & parlour.
