If you frequently drive on the Ambassador Extension into or out of Lafayette, then you may have noticed the building in-between the Y-Not-Stop, and Crawfish Boss.
This new building at 6910 Ambassador Caffery Ext. will soon be a new Hebert’s Specialty Meats — home of the deboned stuffed chicken. Currently, Hebert’s Specialty Meats has a Broussard location, but they will soon be moving into this brand new, freestanding building.
Their original location is in Maurice, LA, but they are other franchises in Broussard, LA, Prairieville, LA, Lake Charles, LA, Houston, TX, Tulsa, OK, and now Destin, FL as of 2018.
