Fricassee Cafe & Bakery located on 3823 North University Ave. Carencro, LA 70520. Formerly known as Nanny’s Candy Company. I believe it is still the same folks running the place, but changed the name and had a new fancy logo designed for their new sign. Fricassee will also be a source for original Southside Bakery goodies too! A pretty sweet combination, but my question is… will they serve Fricassee??? I hope so!
They aren’t open yet, but are set to open either towards the end of this month or in March.
